Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP and my jolly dad Henry. A majority of my followers know me via my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - the highs, the lows and all in between. My parents took my family to America in 1990, when I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. Since I was confident that I would achieve a better future and I wanted to succeed and make my parents happy. I thought my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, land an executive position, be married, and then start with a family. I figured that was the definition of success. However, however, life has other plans to demonstrate what success meant. It was 2013 when I found that I hated going to work in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn an income. In 2013, I realized that my passion was exercising. I also liked getting out and about to assist other people. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I started to find the personal training I needed. In 2014 I started my small business and this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. There are very few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to help others live an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and help them achieve their goals. Additionally, I'm committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve the goals they set, pursue their dreams and live your life to the fullest. As my professional career took off and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the most devastating of them everything. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is now resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to remember her in my mind and in my heart. Life really does have the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at the moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her death gave me the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and give me a second chance at living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. As I enter the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I live my life today instead of merely living just like I did previously. As I tell my story I hope my story will be a source of inspiration for those of yours. It is my wish that my words will make you aware that you're never alone. That you have the potential to accomplish anything that your heart desires. My hope is that you live life to the highest level and not have regrets about the end of your life. Death is our only certainty in our lives.
