Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornwallish is an Australian actress who was born in August 1982, is a star in a number of films parts. Cornish's filmography has roles such as Heidi in Somersault 2004 Fanny Brawne, Sweet pea in Suckerpunch 2011, Lindy in Limitless 2011 Clara Murphy in RoboCop 2014 and Sarah in Geostorm 2017. Also, she worked alongside Martin McDonagh on Seven Psychopaths 2012 and Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri (2017). The latter movie Cornish won her first Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the cast. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin was the star of Adventureland (2009) while Ann McDonough appeared in The Mothman Prophecies 2002 and other films. Betty Gilpin made a decision to go into acting because she received the encouragement and affection of her parents. Fordham College was her first selection when it came time to attend college. In Fordham she developed her acting skills. Following graduation, Gilpin began performing in Off-Broadway shows while auditioning for TV and film roles. Gilpin was able to land a regular role on the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011. Then came minor roles as ghosts in Ghost Town and The Northern Kingdom. Gilpin was on TV as a guest star for the remainder of her time. The year 2013 was the year she received her first break as she was cast as a regular on Nurse Jackie. Gilpin's character, Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin, appeared in 34 episodes of Nurse Jackie before the show was cancelled on June 15th, 2015. Gilpin appeared the same year in True Story, a mystery thriller.
