April Lockhart

April Lockhart is a born July 4, 1995. When she was in the 7th grade she began to take piano and guitar lessons. It was this that ignited her love for songwriting. at the age of 12, April composed her first single Different. The year she turned 14 was when she devoted a great deal of her time making song lyrics and working on her musical skills. After a while, she began to go on trips with her dad as well as write her songs either in NY or LA. April also added additional themes to the song "Take My Hand" for a few of her acquaintances who faced issues such as peer pressurization issues, or even teenage suicide. Lockhart, a popular lifestyle blogger and being a partner with clean beauty brands Ilia she has gained an impressive audience. Born without a left hand, she is an important part of herself. It's however not the only thing she has to tell. Because of this, her Instagram profile does not shy away from her disability, but it's not focused on it as well. It's a message. The message? However, she admits to going through phases of being uncomfortable with her body, and also feeling uneasy wearing certain clothing styles that exposed her arms.
