Noureen DeWulf was born on 28 February 1984 from New York City. The actress has always expressed an enthusiasm for becoming an actress. While attending Boston University School of the Arts, she began building the foundations for a successful career. Noureen tried out for roles in various films shortly after graduating. She was cast in 2005. was featured in an important role for the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across the globe. The film also took home an Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Annual Oscars which helped the career of Noureen DeWulf. Since then, Noureen DeWulf's roles have been in numerous TV shows like Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck and Outsourced. Her filmography includes both smaller and larger roles in Hollywood big-budget films like Ocean's Thirteen The Comebacks Ghosts of Girlfriends Past The Back-up Plan. As a young child she appeared in various films of the 90s such as All I Want For Christmas (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Hocus Pocus ( 1993), Now and Then( 1995) as well as Alaska( 1995). In 1996, her performance on American Beauty brought her worldwide recognition and praise in 1999. Then, she starred in Ghost World (2001), the film was met with great acclaim and earned her an Golden Globe nod.
